A sightseeing tour to the beautiful Malvern Hills and the historic town of Great Malvern. We feature the cities of Hereford, Worcester, the famed ‘Black & White Village Trail, lunch at Weston Cider Mill and a cruise on the River Severn.

Abbey Hotel - 4 Star

The setting for the ivy clad 4 star Abbey Hotel in Great Malvern is ideally located at the foot of the Malvern Hills, adjoining the fine Benedictine Priory, located in the heart of the town. This hotel is a Fenn Favourite, scoring highly with our guests who are assured of a warm welcome with the highest levels of comfort. All the en-suite bedrooms are furnished to a high standard and include a TV, radio and hairdryer plus a hospitality tray. The hotel is served by a lift.



Your Itinerary:



Day 1

From your front door to the waiting Club Class coach for the drive to Malvern. We arrive at the excellent Abbey Hotel late afternoon where tea/coffee and biscuits are served whilst our luggage is taken to our rooms. We have time to settle in before dinner this evening.


Day 2

Our day begins with a drive to the delightful Cotswolds and lovely Broadway then on to Stow-on-the-Wold before spending the afternoon in Regency Cheltenham with its beautiful Georgian buildings and elegant town centre. We return to the hotel late afternoon.


Day 3

Today we are joined by a local guide for a drive through Bromyard to Leominster for a short break. From here we ride around some of the villages in Herefordshire’s beautiful ‘Black and White’ villages. Our route takes in delightful cottages, inns, shops in timber framed hamlets including Eardisland Pembridge Eardisley and Weobley, this brings us to Hereford in time for lunch and the afternoon free to explore. Hereford Cathedral is home to the rare Mappa Mundi. Later we return to Malvern.


Day 4

This morning we head for the City of Worcester where we have time to explore the city, with its imposing Cathedral well worth a visit. There are lots of opportunities to obtain lunch before we return to Malvern for free time and our final night’s dinner.


Day 5

After breakfast we bid farewell to our hosts at the hotel as we make our way home. We arrive in our home area this afternoon to be greeted by our awaiting taxis.
