Join us as we travel to Newquay, one of Britain’s most outstanding resorts, reputed to have the finest coastline and beaches in Europe. This very attractive and popular resort enjoys a host of facilities, including a busy and picturesque harbour and a lively town centre offering a good range of shops. There really is so much here to delight the visitor, with a superb combination of visual beauty and all the fun of the seaside. We include visits to the famous Trelissick Garden and Prideaux Place, along with a relaxing cruise to lovely Falmouth. PLEASE NOTE: It is crucial that all passengers have a reasonable amount of mobility to enjoy the excursions.

Esplanade Hotel - 4 Star

A firm favourite with our clients! Overlooking Fistral Beach with stunning Atlantic views, the Esplanade Hotel has an indoor swimming pool, a spa bath and a sauna. Fresh, local produce can be enjoyed in the hotels Ocean View Restaurant. Each of the en-suite bedrooms is equipped with a television, hairdryer and hospitality tray, while the spacious lounge, bar and restaurant all offer wonderful views. Free WiFi is available throughout and a lift serves all floors.



Your Itinerary:



Day 1

Our door to door service takes you to the waiting Club Class coach as we travel south. We then travel by way of Oxford and Swindon arriving in Newquay late afternoon with time to settle in before dinner.


Day 2

A full day tour of the picturesque Atlantic coast visiting St Ives with its charming harbours and cobbled streets and is famous for its collection of art galleries including the Tate. This afternoon we journey on to the busy port and market town of Penzance to spend time before returning to Newquay and our hotel with time to relax before dinner.


Day 3

A visit to the wonderful Trelissick Gardens, where tender subtropical plants thrive in sheltered glades. Later we enjoy a boat cruise to Falmouth, where the deep water harbour is guarded by the castles of Pendennis and St Mawes. We have time here to wander around before making our way back to the hotel for dinner.


Day 4

After breakfast we make our way to Padstow, a charming working fishing port surrounded by glorious sandy beaches at the head of the Camel River. This afternoon we visit Prideaux Place, a magnificent Elizabethan Manor House perched above Padstow’s busy harbour. We enjoy a guided tour of the house and time to explore the beautiful gardens. We return to Newquay with time to relax before dinner.


Day 5

A leisurely ride to the cathedral city of Truro with this afternoon spent at leisure back in our resort.


Day 6

We depart Newquay after breakfast and begin our journey home to arrive in our home areas late afternoon.
