Since the 1800s, Blackpool has been Britain’s most popular resort. With entertainment at its heart, this seaside town has always been synonymous with fun. So, join us on this super 5 day break and take the opportunity to enjoy the world famous spectacular Blackpool Illuminations light show, see star-studded performances at the Grand Theatre and not forgetting the fabulous Winter Gardens. In addition to a varied itinerary with plenty of free time and a visit to vibrant Liverpool, nightly entertainment is provided and we have arranged for you to ‘dine at leisure’ allowing you to maximise your evening’s either at the hotel or out and about.

A comfortable and relaxing stay awaits at the family run Park House! Situated on the seafront of the fabulous North Promenade, the hotel offers easy access to Blackpool's most iconic attractions including Blackpool Tower and Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Each of the ensuite bedrooms is tastefully decorated and furnished with modern amenities including TV, tea & coffee facilities and served by a lift. Nightly, live entertainment is included in either the extensive Bar lounge or the elegantly decorated Chatsworth Ballroom.



Your Itinerary:



Day 1

From your front door to the waiting ‘Club Class coach for our drive to Blackpool. We arrive at our destination mid-afternoon, with time to settle in before dinner.


Day 2

Time to explore Blackpool, stroll or take the tram along the Promenade or meander along the Golden Mile. This afternoon we visit the Tower Ballroom for afternoon tea and the chance to dance your way around the famous ballroom. After an early dinner, why not take a tram ride through the amazing 6 miles of Illuminations?


Day 3

Today we visit Liverpool. Not only is it the birthplace of the Beatles and home of Liverpool FC, it's also a fantastic tourist destination with places of interest such as the Albert Dock, the Tate Modern and the interesting Beatles Exhibition. A fabulous place to spend time.


Day 4

A full day to the Lake District, England’s premier area of outstanding natural beauty. We make for Windermere for time in the lakeside town of Bowness and include a cruise on the lake to Ambleside where the coach will be waiting to take us pretty Hawkshead of Beatrix Potter fame for a short stay before returning to the hotel for dinner.


Day 5

Breakfast is served then it’s time to bid farewell to our hosts as we set off on our homeward journey, driving across the Pennines, England’s backbone, to arrive in our home area mid afternoon.
